1st Grade Graduation

Congratulations, Cy, you've finished first grade!  

What have you learned?  You've learned:

1.  That it's still important to say "I love you" in sign language every morning as you get out of my car,

2.  That Mom needs to turn down the radio when you get out of the car so that no one will hear the music because it is "embarrassing."

3.  That it's still important to fix your hair to just the right angle.

4.  That maybe Isabella isn't right for you--but Gracie is.

Gracie is the girl two spots left of Cy.

5.  That you're very good at soccer.

6.  That you're an amazing reader.

7.  That you can write your own novels--complete with chapter titles--even if they are a little scary.

8.  All about the water cycle and all about those words that end in "tion."

9.  That you love playing with friends--every single day!

10.  That "Toe-Knee-Chesnut-Knows-I-Love-You!"
